Effect of Modification on the Segregation of Alloying Elements in a Heat-resistant Nickel Alloy.

Abstrakt: The positive effect of modifying a heat-resistant nickel alloy with ultrafine particles of titanium carbonitride on the reduction of segregation heterogeneity is revealed. It is shown that the modification leads to a decrease in the distance between the axes of the dendrites by 2.5 times and a decrease in the segregation coefficients of the alloying elements by 1.6-1.9 times, which leads to an increase in the long-term strength of the alloy by 2.6-3.4 times.
