In this paper, an exergy analysis of a heat pump has been performed according to the methodology of V. M. Brodyansky in the North-West Russia conditions. The research has revealed the relationship between parameters of individual elements and general characteristics of the heat pump (HP), depending on the influence of condensation temperature and ambient temperature on the efficiency of each individual element. In the course of the work, the operability, efficiency and losses for the compressor, condenser, evaporator and thermostatic expansion valve (TEV) were calculated. The data characterizing the performance of the heat pump installation (HPI) and its elements under different climatic conditions have been obtained. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
