Abstrakt: Pt/хGa/Al2O3 systems were synthesized and studied in the coupled conversion of methane with n-pentane at a temperature of 550 °C. Activation of methane in the presence of the synthesized samples proceeds with the formation of reactive hydrocarbon fragments and hydrogen. Properties of the synthesized catalysts were characterized using temperature-programmed reduction, diffuse reflectance IR spectroscopy of adsorbed CO and chemisorption of H2 and CO.
