Based on the EPC management mode and industrial characteristics of prefabricated buildings, China Construction Science & Technology Co. LTD., innovatively proposes a REMPC (Research + Engineering + Manufacture + Procurement + Construction) framework, which is a five-in-one project general contracting construction mode. Under the guidance of REMPC mode and the practice of Yujing Happiness Home Project, the company promotes the "11231" project general contract management method, and applies it to to a mixed service center of Pingshan High-tech Zone in Shenzhen.
