A qualitative implementation of project management and business planning is directly related to efficiency of the enterprise, no matter how large it is. All tasks need to be structured, delegated and some actions have to be taken for this. Project management systems are implemented everywhere, but it is not always possible to find suitable software that meets the requirements and, most important, the project management process. The authors use simulation simulations to optimize the project management process and to describe the created template for the project management process to customize the boxed solution.
