Abstrakt: Medicinal plants or "herbal medicines, plants using for medical purposes, it is one of the important using of plants treat various diseases such as diabetes mellitus is a chronic disorder metabolic disease characterized by high blood glucose levels due to insulin deficiency or insulin resistance or both. The present study aimed to determine the in vivo anti hyperglycemia activity of the Iraqi medicinal plants extracts (Oleae europaea and Black sesamum) in normal and in Alloxan -induced diabetic BALB/c mice, general extracts were prepared from Iraqi Olea europaea fruits and Black sesamum seeds. They are hot alcoholic and oils extract. Moreover, preliminary qualitative tests were carried out for all prepared, qualitative analysis the phytochemical Black sesame and Olea europaea fruit showed the presence of Cardiac Glycosides, terpenoids, saponifible lipids, flavonoids and tannins and identification by GC-Mass (12) active chemical compounds (Black sesame) and (9) chemical active compounds (Oleae uropaea). Evaluation of the effects of alcoholic and oil black Olea europaea fruit extracts on hyperglycemia induction in BALB/c miceat the doses of 250 mg/kg after 10 days from administration. The same method was evaluated for the efficacy of Black sesamum seeds extract. Than a mixture of (Olea europaea and Black sesamum) alcoholic extracts and oil extracts for both study plants were evaluate the activity of this mixture against hyperglycemia in BALB/c mice. In generally, the effects of Olea europaea extacts on blood glucose level decoction significantly reduced blood (P < 0.01), (P < 0.05) levels of diabetic mice from (Black sesamum) alcoholic extracts and oil extracts, also showing results this study that Synergistic Activity of mixture of Olea europaea and Black sesamum alcoholic extract have very great a significant at(P < 0.01) after 2 and 4 hrs from orally administration in diabetic mice. These present study suggest that mixture of (Olea europaea and Black sesamum) alcoholic extract possesses beneficial ant hyperglycemic activity in controlling the glucose level in blood.
