Abstrakt: Presented data describes common morbidity of children in Bulgaria and in different regions of our country in the period of last 27 years. The morbidity decreases from 2,8 to 1,6 diseases per one child per year. Most probably this is related to high percentage of the private sector and difficult access to emergency help. There are big differences in the level of the morbidity in regions (till four times). The diseases of respiratory system are leading, but their percentage decreased from 63,6% in 1999 to 51% in 2015. There are not significant important changes in the percentage of the other main types of diseases. The exception does percentage of type “symptom, signs...” as it increased to 4,7%. The differences in the level of morbidity in every type of diseases are bigger than the common morbidity. After amendment of the financing scheme the percentage of hospitalized children increased from 12% in 2000 to 26,7% in 2014. And the most increase is in percentage of perinatal diseases type - to 9,4% in 2015. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
