Abstrakt: In this work, we tested different POF biosensor formats in different concentrations of bacterial supensions. These biosensors are based on the immunocapture technique, and are prepared from a protocol for fixation of antibodies. The lock-in amplifier used in optoelectronic system which takes readings of the biosensor was replaced by a Microcontroller Arduino, simpler order. It was concluded that the variation of radius on the biosensor architecture provides a more sensitive reading of bacteria concentrations 106 and 104, allowing the further reading of other concentrations.
