| Abstrakt: |
A new fast and accurate method for estimating the frequency of a complex sinusoid in complex white Gaussian noise is proposed. The proposed estimator has the lowest computational complexity among the estimators. Its performance and estimation range are similar to the Fitz and L&R estimators, and its threshold is 20 log(m) less than the Kay estimator. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
