Abstrakt: The results of an experimental study of intensity dependent nonlinear optical response of microstructured polymer optical fiber with channels filled with a solution of rhodamine 6G in isopropyl alcohol at wavelength 532 nm are presented. It was shown that the numerical aperture of the fiber depends on the excitation power. Using the experimental results was estimated nonlinear refractive index of the fiber. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
