In praise of Deeks I thoroughly enjoyed reading the Auto-Union/DKW 1000 Your classic in the May edition. In the "Europe's big Kiwi day out" story (News & events), the reference to a Lotus MkVI with registration 882 FRF jumped off the page because I owned this car for about two years as my daily driver from 1967. I do, however, think the TR's star would shine a little brighter if the "Price new" for the Austin-Healey and MG were those for the 100M and Twin Cam, rather than those of the standard cars. |
