The aim of work was to prepare biopolymeric films based on chitosan, collagen, hyaluronic acid and its binary blends with magnetic particles addition. Thin films were prepared by solvent evaporation technique. The influence of magnetic particles addition on surface and mechanical properties of films was studied. It was found that the roughness parameters for all tested samples are rather high. The addition of glycerol as plasticizer, decreases roughness parameters of all samples. The addition of magnetic particles to chitosan, collagen and hyaluronic acid and their mixtures increases the surface free energy. The addition of magnetic particles, decreases the Young's modulus.
