The article describes the case of a preterm infant with Prune belly syndrome (PBS) with an unusual presentation. Topics discussed include clinical characteristics of PBS, findings on postnatal ultrasound, and a multidisciplinary team approach in managing the patient including neonatologist, pediatric surgeon, and pediatric nephrologist. |
