Abstrakt:	The article presents a case study of 84-year-old immunocompetent woman with signoid resection for acute colonic diverticulitis. It notes the identification of clonal immunoglobulin gene (Ig) rearrangement, T cell receptor (TCR) rearrangement, Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-positive mucocutaneous ulcer (EBVMCU) in colon diverticulitis.
