Abstrakt: Highlights from the article: Case 1 was a woman aged 57 with ovarian multilocular-solid cyst of 30 × 27 cm with solid "honeycomb" component of 12 × 12 cm, color score 3 (Figure). Case 2 was a woman aged 67 with ovarian multilocular-solid cyst of 30 × 27 cm with solid "honeycomb" component of 12 × 13 cm, color score 4 (Figure). Case 3 was a woman aged 85 with ovarian multilocular-solid cyst of 30 × 27 cm, with solid "honeycomb" component of 15 × 12 cm, color score 3 (Figure).
