| Abstrakt: | The article provides details of Supreme court cases which are of interest and unusual. The cases are absence of Justice Ginsburg during oral arguments due to her medical condition of lung cancer surgery, though Court announced that the judge would participate in the decision of cases, Carpenter v. Murphy concerning territorial disputes with Indians in Oklahoma, and New York State Rifle & Pistol Ass'n v. City ofNew York, concerning lack of license for possession of shotgun. |
