Abstrakt: We have developed in‐cell capacitive hover touch panel for non‐contact application. This paper shows new hover sensor structure and driving method to achieve high sensitivity. We have also developed 10.2 inch FHD prototype. It succeeds to detect finger position at 5cm height stably. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
