The article informs about Designation of the Tubbataha Reef Natural Park (TRNP), Philippines. Topics discussed include presence of large coral atolls and sandbars within the Sulu Sea and stands its offshore natural park; South China Sea to the Celebes Sea and Pacific Ocean are linked by Sulu Sea linking; and TRNP is designated as Particularly Sensitive Sea Area (PSSA) and establishment of an Area to be Avoided (ATBA). |
