Abstrakt: The article presents a study of patients aged 10 years or older with a diagnosis of generalized, segmental or focal vitiligo. Non-cultured epidermal cell suspension (NCES) was performed using warm and cold trypsinization in group I and II, respectively. It shows that there is higher number of vacuoles and lower yield of viable cells throughout the cytoplasm in warm trypsinization as compared to cold trypsinization.
