Abstrakt: The article discusses court decisions involving the enforceability of consumer arbitration clauses after the U.S. Congress repealed the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection's final arbitration rule under the Congressional Review Act. It tackles the U.S. Supreme Court ruling on the case, Epic Systems Corp. v. Lewis, the U.S. Second Circuit ruling on the case, Anderson v.
