| Abstrakt: | The article presents information on arsenic and metals which have been classified by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) as Group 1 agents, the agents (mixtures) that are carcinogenic to humans. Topics covered include IARC evaluations for arsenic and other metals, and the mechanisms of carcinogenesis in arsenic and arsenic compounds, beryllium and beryllium compounds, cadmium and cadmium compounds, and nickel and nickel compounds. |
