| Abstrakt: | Chapter 6 of the book "Kent State: Death and Dissent in the Long Sixties" by Thomas M. Grace is presented. It explores the engagement of the U.S. forces with main units of the North Vietnamese Army by the summer and fall of 1967. The involvement of the members of the Young Socialist Alliance (YSA) and the growing ranks of independently minded New Left radicals that were well represented in the Kent State University is also tackled. |
