Abstrakt: The article presents a study on endogenous tagging which found differential regulation of calcium (Ca) 2 channels at single active zones during presynaptic homeostatic potentiation and depression. The study findings suggest an analogous phenomenon could be occuring at the Drosophila NMJ.
