Natural rubber latex (NRL) products are very beneficial in many industries. The commercial value of NRL products have been expanded as nanocomposite for fabrication of military protective gear. A fabrication of ultra-fine electrospun nanocomposite fibers mat of Cellulose-Natural Rubber Latex (C-NRL) from Hevea brasiliensis (HB) may have a tendency to create a new purified material in increasing material’s flexibility and adjustable stiffness as a body protective mat to deflect projectile or spike during regular explosion. The morphological structures of the fibers were characterized in this paper via field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR).
