When there are multiple recession defects affecting adjacent teeth, patient related considerations suggest the selection of the surgical techniques that allow simultaneous correction of all gingival defects with soft tissue close to the defects themselves. The present case report highlights the effectiveness of Zucchelli's modified coronally advanced flap with envelope technique along with use of Platelet Rich Fibrin for the treatment of multiple recession defects in patients with aesthetics demands.
