V. P. Lipinsky’s national–state approach to solving the problems of establishing national independence, creating conditions for the free development of the Ukrainian people demonstrates deep inner inter– orientation. According to him, the formation and strengthening of the state should be justified historically, nationally, culturally, territorially and patriotically. But the state, in pursuit of the necessary conditions for an ideologically nationally oriented political life, as much as possible consistently, taking into account historical and cultural traditions, realizing the principles of the free development of civil society, civil liberties, is called to promote the strengthening of the qualities of Ukrainian citizenship and to be an effective factor in its rise. The marked solidarity and the growth of the well–being of all inhabitants of this territory, territorial patriotism, the functioning of state institutions in general form an atmosphere for moral and intellectual growth of man and, therefore, according to V. Lipinsky, an atmosphere of public trust. The latter will be steadily strengthened on the basis of a practically rooted, consistent formation of a civic position, whose core is a deep rethinking and awareness of the vital necessity of the needs and tasks of the Ukrainian MUSCLE. By the level of public trust, the Ukrainian man raises a patriotism, moral, internal orientation of the individual towards faith in his nation and deep love to her. This is the high level of civic consciousness, in a free atmosphere moral right of trust to a person and strengthening of national unity are justified by moral responsibility. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
