The article discusses a 3-month-old female presented to the pediatric cardiology clinic for a routine murmur evaluation. Topics discussed include the murmur was consistent with peripheral pulmonic stenosis, confirmed by a normal cardiac echocardiogram study; mentions the gross pathology cardiac study revealed a light tan protuberant nodule below the membranous part of interventricular septum; and also mentions the exact etiology of Histiocytoid cardiomyopathy (HC) is uncertain. |
