The article examines the constitutionality of the unilateral move of U.S. President Donald Trump to withdraw the country from the Paris Agreement on climate change and stop all activities implementing it. Also cited are the Paris Agreement negotiations under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), some earlier treaties like the Cancun Agreements, Kyoto Protocol, and Copenhagen Accord, as well as the possible constitutional and Conference of Parties (COP) violations of Trump's action. |
