Abstrakt: |
In this paper with the use of optical and scanning electron microscopy were conducted investigations of the structure of the AA2024 alloy in adhesive friction zone at severe thermomechanical action. The conducted studies showed that the structure in the friction zone at severe thermomechanical action is similar to the structure observed at the friction stir welding. Depending on the shape of the counterbody, the formation of the main structural zones in the surface layers varies and is determined by the sliding speed and the stress state scheme at each particular point.
