One of the most perspective directions of tissue engineering development is the use of synthetic biodegradable polymers based on polyurethane, polycaprolactone, polylactic and polyglycolic acids structures and their co-polymers. Electrospinning was shown to be an optimal way to produce nanofibers suitable for building biodegradable and highly biocompatible scaffolds. This study is devoted to the preparation of various polymer nanofilaments used as a substrate for cell therapy of cardiovascular diseases. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
