Abstrakt: In this paper, the sol-gel method has been used to prepare Lithium-niobate (LiNbO3) nanostructures. The deposition process was maintained over a quartz substrate at three different stirring times. To achieve the preparation process, samples are annealed at 500°C temperature. The structural and the morphological properties of the grown films have been investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), the atomic force microscopy (AFM), and photoluminescence (PL). The results showed that the prepared nanofilms starts to more crystallize, more regular nanostructure with uniform grain distribution were achieved as the stirring times increased and the Energy band gap values approaching of 4 eV.
