Abstrakt: The cadastre basically reflects the boundaries of the land plots of various owners. Changes in land legislation in recent years require the consideration and assessment of land by types of use and soil varieties. This is significantly different from the accounting and assessment of land by land categories and owners. As a result, there is a dynamics of cadastral division in the form of a public cadastral map and an increase in the number of cadastral units - land plots. On the other hand, real monitoring of land uses has not been established, which leads to significant discrepancies in changes in cadastral division and real changes in land use that are identified in retrospective monitoring of soil and land cover. The real change in land use patterns is better correlated with the soil cover than the cadastral division. Resolution of contradictions between soil mapping, cadastral division and real land use can be resolved by introducing the concept of soil and land cover. Maps of soil and land cover are expected to be created using retrospective monitoring technology. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
