Abstrakt: The imitator of self-contained self-rescuer is a component of training complex for personnel of coal mines and represents an effective application for development of skills of work with self-rescuers in regular and emergency situations. The task of design of mobile multi-usable self-rescuer imitator with chemically bound oxygen supply in the absence of regenerative chemical agent was formulated. The features of imitator are its mobility (wireless design) and the ability to create and transmit in real time via Wi-Fi network the cardiorespiratory data of a trainee. The imitator is equipped with sensors to provide the operational analysis of the trainee's pneumotachogram and spirogram. The Navier-Stokes equations were used to describe the flow of the respiratory mixture inside the imitator. The computational gas dynamics of respiratory gas mixture and thermal calculations of the simulator elements were performed in the SolidWorks FlowSimulation software. The results of the study allowed to create the simulator for the self-rescuer SHSS-30 manufactured by the Corporation Roskhimzashchita (Tambov, Russia) that was developed and tested in the training center of Siberian Coal Energy Company (Leninsk- Kuznetskiy, Russia).
