The inherent psychological element typical to the workplace harassment makes of it not just one of the toughest and most aggressive practices in terms of the effects on employees who fall victim to it, but also a difficult to identify, toxic and yet obscure phenomenon capable of dissmulating under the shelter of multiple "masks" and more or less "subtle" disguise tactics, varying from minor gestures to facts of a criminal nature. Therefore, it is not surprising that the range of strategies and conducts through which harassment is practiced is a very large one, and their identification as such by the judge is not at all simple.
