We report a novel, versatile method for Cu(I)‐catalyzed direct amination of N‐quinolylbenzocarboxamides at the aryl group with alkylamines at ortho sp2‐C−H bond with assistance from 8‐aminoquinoline motif and for as many as 27 substrate combinations at room temperature under neat conditions in the presence of air without requiring any base or additives.
