Abstrakt:	The article describes the case of an 8-year-old boy who presented to the dermatology clinic with a progressively worsening elbow rash after a weekend of sailing. Topics covered include a microscopic review of the biopsy sample which led to the diagnosis of Mycobacterium marinum infection, antibiotics that can be considered for moderate cutaneous M. marinum disease in pediatric patients, and patient outcome after a 3-month course of trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole.
