Abstrakt: The article offers information on the microlearning for effective online education design. Topics discussed include cognitive load of learning in online higher education and distance learning; engages the learner in a manner that capitalizes on needs of adult learners; and using Google Translator to conduct a short interview and deliver microlearning using video, e-learning, and visuals.
