The article offers information about reports and recommendations of a workgroup organized by the Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB) in the U.S. to address issues related to physician wellness and burnout in the country. It highlights the FSMB Annual Meeting on April 26–28, 2018 wherein the FSMB House of Delegates adopted a new policy on physician wellness and burnout which aims to provide guidance for state medical boards as they seek to address such issue among their licensees. |
