Abstrakt: B INTRODUCTION: b Mycobacterium Avium Complex (MAC) typically presents in patients with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection or pre-existing lung disease. Our patient had a unique presentation of endobronchial MAC secondary to nodal invasion of the trachea requiring destruction by APC to achieve airway patency.
