Abstrakt: B METHODS: b At seven large clinical practice sites, medical records were abstracted from more than 25,000 patients 18 years and older between October 2013 and September 2015, with a BMI of 35 or above. A retrospective chart review of electronic medical record data was performed analyzing frequency of bariatric surgery referrals in this population.
