Abstrakt: The article looks at the fine line between being conceited and being confident. The possible source of a lack of self-confidence and self-esteem and the long-term solutions like mixing positive self-talk in with a healthy dose of self-reflection and helpful goal setting are explored. One of the roadblocks to being able to change older habits is tackled referring to new things that tend to feel weird to people, especially if they have done things in a certain way for many years.
