Placement of dental implants has evolved to a great extent. In posterior maxilla where expansion of maxillary sinus limits the implant placement direct sinus lift procedure is a good option. This membrane elevation if accompanied by a good graft material such as PRF combined with osseoconductive grafts leads to favorable results.
