Abstrakt:	The article reports on issues surrounding the implementation of the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) or Proposition 63 in California. Concerns have been focused on the state's failure to tackle the homeless crisis and the large sum of unspent funds intended for residents with mental illness. The voter-approved initiative is aimed to expand mental health programs and services, including prevention and early intervention.
