Abstrakt: | Obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) is a common condition in people with diabetes, cardiovascular disease and obesity. This article looks at what we currently know about OSA, including its prevalence and pathophysiology. It also discusses the consequences of untreated sleep apnoea, and the importance of adherence to therapy.
