In the paper the diagnostics of adhesive strength of curable ultraviolet polymers on various substrates is carried out. The formation of polymer films on the substrate surface was carried out by applying the inkjet method. The technique of a film adhesive durability estimation supposing mechanical influence on a polymeric film and the subsequent estimation of ink coverage is offered. Two approaches were used for the coverage estimation: Visual assessment of the stability of the coating and the processing of the surface image digital copy, subjected to mechanical impact for evaluating the frequency-contrast characteristics of the digital image, which provides visibility and high accuracy of the obtained results. The results of estimation of coverage and adhesive strength of the formed coating on different types of surfaces are presented. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
