The article discusses the emergence of a number of developers, who cultivate design values and sustainability, enduring boutique multi-family settlements in the inner city of Australia. Michael Piccolo at Piccolo developers has taken a move to ease downsizing clients into apartments by offering grown-up interiors. The recognition of the development of Elwood House by Piccolo overlooking Port Phillip Bay for the World Architecture Festival Building of the Year award is tackled. |
