A In the present study systematic photoluminescence investigations were carried out on Eu3+ ions added Strontium Yittrium Oxide (SrY2O4) nano phosphors at 1%, 3% and 5% by using Polyol method. The prepared samples were analyzed by using Powder XRD analysis and Photoluminescence studies to assess the identification of phase and luminescence properties respectively. The emissions observed at 615 under the excitation of 255 for Eu3+ doped SrY2O4 nano phospors. The synthesized SrY2O4: Eu3+ nano phosphors are a suitable material for field emission display and LED applications. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
