Digital Transformation (DT) has become a relevant topic for organizations, industries and society. This paper consolidates the state of the research on digital transformation. Based on a systemic review of literature published over the past 20 years, we synthesize various research perspectives into a comprehensive multi-dimensional framework of digital transformation, linking determinants, processes and outcomes of DT.
