In 2017, a number of research and development initiatives have been launched to reduce drop-out in public as well as in higher education. Educational researchers strive to explore the social and organizational factors that may play a role in student dropouts and try innovative methods that reduce the risk of secession without qualification. In the following, we approach the subject from another aspect, - based on Gabriella Pusztai, Klára Kovács (2015, eds.): Ki eredményes a felsőoktatásban? - and take into consideration those factors that can contribute to student achievement, and may therefore mean the "antidote" of dropout.
