The article presents case study of a 73-year-old Chinese man who was diagnosed with double pylorus. Topics discussed include observation of chronic gastritis using gastric biopsies; information on complications of peptic ulcer disease which includes epigastric pain or gastrointestinal bleeding; and use of proton pump inhibitors and triple therapy for treatment of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection. |
